2021/2022- RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Check-In: 200pm - 5:00 pm ( Please let us know if you need to check-in after 5 pm. We will arrange this with security up until 10 pm.
Check-out: Is at 12 noon daily. (If you require a late check out please request this at the front desk.) This is subject to additional charges unless confirmed for travel restrictions.
A ONE NIGHT STAY will be charged on your credit card 48 hours prior to your CHECK-IN date and is non-refundable.
ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, we will run your credit card for the balance of the reservation
NO SHOW: In the event of NO SHOW, you will be charged the full reservation.
NO REFUNDS: Your reservation is fully changeable subject to availability, In the event, you cannot make the trip due to changing restrictions as of COVID 19. the reservation department will re-book your stay at no extra fees, subject to availability.
ID/ CREDIT CARD: All reservations must have a valid ID & Credit Card in order to stay at the hotel.
Extra Adult $15 per person per night plus tax
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 17 years old stay for US$10 per child per night plus tax.
Dog Fee $10 per dog per night plus tax
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available. (Please Note: Family Rooms have 2 queen beds and 1 single bed )
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
WIFI: Is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are allowed on request. Charges will apply. All pets must be on a leash in all public areas of the hotel.
Groups must follow the current guidelines of the Health Board of Costa Rica
NON SMOKING: This is a non-smoking hotel; smoking is allowed in designated areas away from the hotel rooms and gardens.
WAVES BAR & GRILL: Is closed due to COVID19, until further notice.
FOOD DELIVERY: Delivery service of food and meals is available to our hotel and lounge area and can be ordered at the front desk. The delivery of food charges is paid by the guests.
SURF LESSONS: We require 24-hour notice for surf lessons. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to pre-book your lesson for the next day. All lesson times are subject to tides for the safety of the guest. We are not liable for belongings at the surf camp and all lessons are weather permitted.
HEALTH & REGULATIONS: We practice social distancing and staff will wear a mask in all public areas. Guests are requested to wear a mask at check-in/check-out and maybe mask free around the pool and garden areas as long as social distancing is being practiced.
HOUSEKEEPING: Will deep clean and prepare all rooms prior to our guest's arrivals and seal the room. No penetration into the rooms during a guest's stay is permitted by the staff. Extra towels and linens are provided by housekeeping upon request.
During these times we allow food & beverages to be brought to the hotel and to the guest's rooms.
DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH. Please respect the dog rules of leashes at all times in the public areas. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms or around the pool/garden area. If the dog is being nescience, management will ask for the removal of the pet from the property.
NO COOKING: This is NOTallowed in any of the rooms. A communal BBQ & microwaves and a coffee station on weekends are provided along with dishes upon request. We ask the guest to please clean up after themselves and put all trash in the bins provided throughout the property.
