Reception is staffed from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm daily for all customer service.

Security Patrol: 7 pm to 8 am. Security will assist in late-night check-ins and customer requests.

Check-In: 200pm - 7:00 pm (Please let us know if you need to check in after 7 pm. We will arrange this with security up until 10 pm.

Check-out: Is at 12 noon daily. All guests MUST vacate the property at 12 noon. We DO NOT offer late check-outs or luggage storage.  A $10 an-hour penalty will automatically be charged to your room if you do not check out at 12 noon.

MANDATORY WRIST BANDS ON PROPERTY: Every guest must waer a manditory wrist band upon check in while staying on the property. This is for the security of our guests, staff and to be able to monitor our pool safety and facilites. In the event a guest refuses to wear a wrist band while on the property our front desk staff and security have the right to fine your account up to $50 and ask you to leave without compensation.Please respect our wrist band policys and wear them at all times, our guards and staff and other guests will feel safe knowing you are a registered guest at this property.    

EARLY CHECK-IN: Based on availability, we offer early check-in from 10 am-2 pm at a cost of $10 + tax per person.

LATE CHECK OUTS ARE ONLY OFFERED ON SUNDAY! this must be pre-arranged and pre-paid at $10 per person from 12 noon to 5 pm only. 

 LUGGAGE STORAGE: Free Luggage storage is offered from 10 am to 2 pm only, in our communal room next to the lobby.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer early use of the common areas or pools. Luggage is left at the owner’s risk. ​

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE after checkout.



A ONE-NIGHT STAY will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to your CHECK-IN date and is non-refundable.

ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, we will run your credit card for the balance of the reservation.

NO SHOW: In the event of a NO SHOW, you will be charged the full reservation.

NO REFUNDS: Your reservation is fully changeable subject to availability, In the event you cannot make the trip due to changing health department restrictions, the reservation department will re-book your stay at no extra fees, subject to availability.

EARLY DEPARTURE: In the event you must depart early prior to your check-out date we request that you please inform the front desk day manager or after-hours security guard and submit your key to them.  There is NO refund for any early departure. 

ROOM CHANGE POLICY: If you have any issues with your room not functioning properly, please report all maintenance issues to the day front manager or night guard. If we cannot solve the issue in a timely fashion, we will offer you a room change subject to availability.

Extra Children are $10 per night plus tax.

Children of any age are allowed.

Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 17 years old stay for US$10 per child per night plus tax. The dog Fee is $20 per dog per night plus tax. Small to medium size and only 1 dog per room.


No cots are available, and no extra beds are available. (Please Note: Family Rooms have 2 queen beds and 1 single bed)


UPGRADE ROOM FEES: If you wish to upgrade to a beachfront room the fee is $25 per night upon availability upon availability.

WIFI: This is available in all areas and is free of charge.

FREE PARKING FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: All cars must vacate the land at the check-out time or suffer fines of up to $20 per hour.                                      

THEFT or DAMAGE: The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to any cars. All guests should travel with their own travel liability insurance as the hotel is not responsible for any theft or devious actions pertaining to any loss of guest personal property in any buildings or on the common grounds. 


*Small Dogs are allowed in our pet-friendly rooms only. Charges and inspection of dog size will apply. Only 1 dog is permitted per room. All dogs must be on a leash in all public areas of the hotel.

*No Dog is to be leashed on a piece of furniture. If your dog is barking or unruly, we will request you check out early without compensation.

*PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG! or face a fine of up to $50.

*DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH. Please always respect the dog rules of leashes in public areas. *Dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms or around the pool/garden area. If the dog is being nescience, management will ask for the removal of the pet from the property. Dogs are only permitted to stay in DESIGNATED Standard Room Dog-friendly rooms. We DO NOT allow dogs in our beachfront/garden rooms.

NON-SMOKING /VAPING: This is a non-smoking hotel; Smoking is allowed in designated areas as per Costa Rican law 9028, Beach Area only!   A $100 fine will be implemented if management receives a report of the smell of smoke or evidence of cigarettes in or around your room or reported in our public areas. Failure to comply will lead our security to ask you to vacate the property without compensation and not allow your return. 


RESTAURANT & BAR - We do NOT HAVE a restaurant or a bar! We now have an open-air eating lounge area. Food delivery is allowed, and a communal microwave is provided in the lounge eating area along with purified drinking water stations throughout the property.       

FOOD DELIVERY: Delivery service of food and meals is available to our hotel and lounge area and can be ordered at the front desk. The delivery of food charges is paid by the guests.

SURF LESSONS: We require 24-hour notice for surf lessons that are included in the room & to hotel guests only. Please email to pre-book your lesson for the next day. All lesson times are subject to tides for the safety of the guest. We are not liable for belongings at the surf camp and all lessons are weather permitted.

HEALTH & REGULATIONS: We practice the current safety guidelines posted with the Costa Rican health board.

HOUSEKEEPING: Will clean and prepare all rooms prior to our guest's arrival. Every 3rd day we will clean the room. Extra towels and linens are provided by housekeeping or the front desk upon request throughout your stay.

NO COOKING: This is NOT ALLOWED anywhere on our property. No cooking in rooms, around the pools, or gardens. A communal microwave is provided in the beachfront lounge area and seating for your personal food consumption.  We ask the guest to please clean up after themselves and put all trash in the bins provided throughout the property.

EXTRAS & DAMAGES - Supplements are calculated throughout your stay. All extras will be added to your room bill and pre-paid upon arrival. We reserve the right to charge a credit card for incidentals or damages caused to a room at our discretion.

All communal areas are cleaned daily, and we follow the guidelines of the health board of Costa Rica for our safety. Reservation Policy.
